Go to “users” in your WordPress admin and click on Add New User, Or you can go to the plugin dashboard and click on the Add New Manager button.
On the Add New User page follow the instruction below:
- Set first name, last name, email, password.
- Choose the Delivery_manager Role.
- Click on the Add New User button.
Make sure that the email is not used already for another user.
On the next page set Manager Phone Number and address and click on the Update User button.
On the edit user page, you have a settings section for the drivers called Delivery Drivers Manager.

The manager settings are as the following:
Manager account status
Set the status of the manager account ( active / not active ), Only managers with active accounts can access the manager’s panel.
Manager drivers
Allow the delivery managers to work with drivers.
In this setting, you have three options:
1. Admin drivers only:
The delivery drivers manager can work only with the site admin drivers.
2. Manager & Admin drivers:
The delivery drivers manager can work with the site admin drivers and his own drivers.
3. Manager drivers only:
The delivery drivers manager can work only with his own drivers.
Delivery Manager Users page
You can update the manager drivers’ account status from the user’s page.

Admin can click on the admin panel dashboard Add new manager button to create a new drivers manager.
