The Dashboard of the Local Delivery Drivers for WooCommerce Premium plugin provides store owners with real-time insights into delivery operations. It displays current driver activity, unassigned orders, and tools to manage drivers efficiently.
Driver Activity Overview
This section shows key stats for each registered driver:
- Drivers: Driver’s name
- Phone: Driver’s contact number
- Driver assigned: Number of orders currently assigned to the driver
- Out for delivery: Number of active deliveries
- Delivered today: Successfully delivered orders for the current day
- Failed delivery: Count of failed delivery attempts
- Total: Total number of orders associated with the driver
A summary row at the bottom shows cumulative totals across all drivers.
Orders Without Drivers
This table displays unassigned orders and those available for claim:
- Ready for claim: Orders in claimable status and not yet assigned
- Driver assigned: Orders currently assigned to drivers
- Out for delivery: Orders in progress
- Delivered today: Completed deliveries for the day
- Failed delivery: Unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Total: All orders in the system that currently have no assigned driver
Driver List
The bottom section displays all registered drivers and their details:
- Drivers: Name
- Phone / Email: Contact information
- Address: Driver’s saved address (if available)
- Availability: Indicates whether the driver is available for delivery
- Claim Orders: Shows whether each driver has permission to claim orders
A footer summary displays how many drivers are available, unavailable, and eligible to claim orders.
