Orders Not Visible for Claim – Troubleshooting Guide

If claimable orders are not appearing on the driver panel in Local Delivery Drivers for WooCommerce Premium, follow the steps below to check the setup and resolve the issue.

1. Enable Claim Option in Settings

  • Go to Plugin Settings › Drivers
  • Ensure that Enable Drivers to Claim Orders is checked

This setting must be active for the claim feature to work.

2. Check Driver Claim Permissions

  • Go to the Plugin Dashboard or Users › Edit Driver
  • Confirm that the driver has the correct permissions to claim orders

3. Verify Order Conditions

For an order to appear as claimable, it must meet all of the following:

  • The order has no driver assigned
  • The order status is set to Processing
  • The order does not use local pickup
  • The order does not include virtual or downloadable products

4. Check Driver Address (City Match)

If city-based claim restrictions are enabled:

  • Go to Users › Edit Driver
  • Confirm that the driver’s billing city is filled in
  • Only drivers whose city matches the order’s shipping city can view those orders

5. Still Can’t See Orders?

If all settings are correct and orders still don’t appear for claim:

  • Make sure the driver is marked Active and Available in the dashboard
  • Try refreshing the driver panel or checking from another browser

If the issue persists, contact our support team at apowerfulwp@gmail.com with:

  • A description of the problem
  • The affected driver’s username
  • One or more example order numbers
