The Driver Panel allows drivers to manage their deliveries by viewing orders and filtering them by delivery date on specific screens. The filter feature is available on the Driver Assigned and Claim Orders screens, while on other screens the delivery date is visible within the order details.
Steps to View and Filter Orders by Delivery Date
1. Driver Assigned Screen
Step 1: Access the Driver Assigned Screen
- From the driver panel, navigate to the Driver Assigned section where you can manage your assigned orders.
Step 2: Choose a Delivery Date
- At the top of the screen, use the Choose a Delivery Date dropdown to filter orders by their assigned delivery date.
- Select the desired date (the default is set to all dates) to view orders scheduled for that day.
Step 3: View and Manage Orders
- Orders for the selected date will be displayed below, showing the order number, delivery time, and an option to view detailed order information.
- Select the orders you wish to mark as “Out for Delivery” and click the Out for Delivery button.
2. Claim Orders Screen
Step 1: Access the Claim Orders Screen
- Navigate to the Claim Orders screen from the driver panel menu.
Step 2: Filter by Delivery Date
- Use the Choose a Delivery Date filter to view available orders for a specific date.
- Select the date from the dropdown to view all claimable orders for that day.
Step 3: Claim and Manage Orders
- View the available orders for the selected delivery date, including the order details.
- Claim the order and add it to your assigned deliveries.
