Google Maps not working

Google API

To use the Maps JavaScript API you must have an API key.
to get the key follow the instruction on the link below
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key

The API key needs to be authorized to use the following API’S:

  • Maps Embed API
  • Directions API
  • Distance Matrix API
  • Maps JavaScript API
  • Geocoding API

Check your API restrictions https://developers.google.com/maps/api-key-best-practices#restrict_apikey

You have to associate a credit card so that you can get billed if your site has requests that exceed the $200 credit they give you monthly for free.

Once you set your API key and authorized all the API’s check the maps again.

If the problem didn’t solve follow the next steps:

Check your store address.

  • Click on the WooCommerce link at the left menu.
  • Click on settings.
  • Set up your Store Address.
  • Make sure that the address is recognized by google map, best practice is to check it on google map.

Driver route not working?

If you set up correctly all the instructions above and your driver route doesn’t work, please check all the shipping addresses on the route. if one of the addresses is not recognized by google maps the route won’t work correctly. check each order shipping address if it recognized by google maps.

Please check if you not excided your Google API limitations, very common reason is the number of waypoints of each route which is limited to 25 points.
